How Do I Return My Order?
Change your mind about the items you purchased? Are they simply not as you had pictured? Do the dishes not fit into your china cabinet? Regardless of the reason, we will be happy to take back the item within 30 days of receipt (Note: If your item was damaged or defective, see our Damage section below). Dinnerwarecenter.com offers you the choice of exchanging your order for other items or receiving a full credit card refund of the original purchase price (excluding our actual costs for shipping & handling, and for some items a 10% restocking fee).
Should the product you ordered arrive broken or damaged, and replacement with an alternative item is not a viable option, we will be happy to pay the cost of return shipping to exchange the item for an equal replacement. Should you decide you no longer want the original item, a refund is available in accordance with the standard return policy.
Please keep in mind that once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. Refusal to receive such an order will be treated according to the rules of our standard return policy.
To Return an Item, Using our Standard Return Policy:
All returned products must be received in original packaging and condition; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot receive the return of any products which have been assembled or modified by the customer. Additionally, certain products cannot be returned because neither we nor our suppliers can take them back. If you have any questions regarding the return of a specific product, please feel free to contact us by phone or email.
What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
Here at dinnerwarecenter.com, our goal is to make buying online easy, safe and efficient. Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We also double-box many items and do not carry products that we feel may easily be damaged during shipping. If you receive your order and an item is damaged in any way, or some of its parts are missing, please notify us immediately (you have 5 days to contact us to report it. If reported beyond 5 days after delivery, the assumption is made that the item was damaged after it was delivered and we cannot replace it). We will make every effort to help you obtain a replacement as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
If you decide you do not want a replacement unit, the item received can be returned under our standard return policy. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with either a full replacement or replacement parts, we will pay the cost of shipping to return the item to us.
If your item is faulty due to a manufacturer's defect, we can either replace the defective part, or if necessary, the entire unit. We stand behind our products and maintain great relationships with the manufacturers who produce them. If you are having any issues in addition to, or other than, those mentioned above, please feel free to contact us, and we will make every effort to help.

To Return an Item, Using our Standard Return Policy:
- Please email us at dinnerwarecenter.com and include your /original order number, what product(s) you are returning, and your name. You can also call us at (800)561-4013. We will provide you with an RMA number and a return address. Please note that items returned without an RMA number or to an address other than the one we will provide you with will not be accepted.
- Please ensure you wrap the package you are returning carefully. All items returned must be in original packaging and original condition; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
- Please ship your item to the address provided, making sure you save your return tracking number, and, if possible, email it to us so that we can track your return. It is important that you save the tracking number and insure the return package in case any transit issues occur.
- Please Note: Unless the reason for return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling. We will credit the original purchase price of the item(s) (less, for some items, a 10% restocking fee) to the credit card used to make the purchase.
- Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be credited to your account.
